Candidates for membership of the Club shall supply such personal details as are required for record purposes and must either:-
a)be sponsored by at least two Club members or
b)provide proof of bona fides to the satisfaction of the Committee(e.g.letter from applicants Veterinary Surgeon)
This information will be held on computer but will be confidential and used for Club purposes only.N.B.The Club is registered as required by the Database Protection Act.The Committee reserves to themselves the right to refuse applications for membership without giving reasons.
